The Rookies were in Owensboro KY over Memorial Weekend. Their first game was 5:30 Saturday night, they played a double header. They went 1-1 in pool play and had to be back at it Sunday morning at 9! We made it to the semi-finals and lost 8-2 against the Beast, which have the best record in 8U play. The Beast went on to win the entire tourney, which goes to show how well we played! We came in 3rd place out of 16 teams over the weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our boys are improving every tourney and never cease to amaze us with their ability to NEVER lye down!!!!!!!!!!!!
