Way to go Jordan!

I'm on here just to brag about Jordan, my second grader! We attended Parent-Teacher Conferences last night and his teacher said he was a very well mannered little boy! She said he doesn't cause her any problems and does really well in school. He brought home Straight A's this 6wks. and only missed them by 1% last 6wks! I am a proud mom! We recv'd a window decal stating he was an Honor Roll Student at Loge Elem. and call me cheesy but I put it on last night! I am so thankful that God has blessed him with wisdom and I pray he continues to do well in school! It also helps that he has an awesome teacher and that we have been blessed with wonderful teachers since Kindergarten! Again, I am a proud mom this morning!!!!! I have tons of pics from Halloween and our hayride/weenie roast at the Beard's, I just haven't had the time to post them all.....hopefully soon!

I just wanted to share some encouragement with you today after the results of the election. Jordan woke up Wed. a.m. after the election and wanted to know immediately who won. He was in the shower and he said man, I can't believe he won. I told him that it was going to be o.k. and that God would watch over us all. He doesn't truly understand it all and I don't want him to at 7 years of age but we do try to include him in things at his level. He told me it would be o.k. because God was the real leader! I was so taken back by this, I was just preached to by my 7 year old. God is truly going to use him in a big way, he already has a desire to be a preacher and I know that God will do something big with his life! I just wanted to share this with you, it's simple really, God's in control!
