We had two pools outside of our condo and the kids loved every minute of it! It was almost too cool a few days to swim but the boys didn't mind! The pools were right on the beach and the crosswinds made it a tad bit chilly! It was so nice to relax by the beach/ocean, they are definitely one of my favorite creations by God!
Our vacation was wonderful, we had an awesome time in PCB! We left on June 4 and returned on June 11 with our friends the Beard's. We stayed in a condo right on the beach (which from now on, we will ALWAYS do)! The kids love the ocean and spent most of the day either there or at the pools!
We celebrated Jacob's 6th birthday late, his birthday falls around Memorial Day and there is never a good weekend to have it. We left for vacation the weekend after, so once we got back we celebrated. I love that his birthday is in the summer, pool parties are the way to go! Richard's Pool is nice and very inexpensive to host a party. He had around 25 kids there and everyone one of them were good as gold! He received some pretty neat gifts and tons of money. My best friend made his cookie cake, she did an awesome job as usual!!! I cannot believe he turned 6 already, time sure does fly when you're having fun!
We have been living with my parents for a month now! We are settled as we can get at this point. We are in the early stages of building and blue prints are finally finished. We hope to begin the build towards mid August which will put us moving in around Christmas. We LOVE being in the country. The kids have experienced so many new things in the sort month we have lived there! It is more work for sure keeping 14 acres up but the memories we are making are priceless and worth it!!!
