We've had our home For Sale since July and are patiently waiting for someone to buy it! A few weeks after we listed it, my parents began looking at land to purchase. 14 acres became available about 10 minutes North of town and since August they have been negotiating with the sellers. As of October 8, my parents took possession of the land/home and everyone is super excited! Once we sell our home, we plan on purchasing 5 acres from them and building a home. Today we took my sister and nephew out to see the land/home and the kids had a blast running around. There is so much room to romp and stomp for them out on the property! It is a boys dream! We cannot wait to move and become country bumpkins!
