I was about to quit this thing, since last Wednesday I have weighed about every day. I figured out quickly, that weighing every day was not for me. I asked Brad to hide the scale on Sunday (18) and I weighed myself today, April 22. I have lost a total of 10 lbs!!!!! I started the Biggest Loser Workout video on Monday and have done that and walked any where from 2 miles to 3 miles along with it almost every day. I was so amazed at the progress I had made since Sunday! My frustration was getting the best of me! I was following the points system for W * and exercising faithfully every day, sometimes twice a day and not making much progress until today! I am so excited for this small step in the right direction. My first small goal is to lose 24 more and then go from there!

Congrats! Yeah, definitly (I can never spell that word!) weighing everyday has it's downfalls. Weigh at least once a week. Shawn and I weigh in on Fridays and I have a chart posted by the scale that we record on. I need to start walking, cause I know that will help me alot. With Shawn back in town and our schedule getting back on track, I'm going to start walking in the evenings. Pray for me!
