Friday was Polar Express Day at Loge Elementary. The kids were allowed to wear their pj's to school and later in the a.m. they watched the Polar Express. Jacob was so excited but kept asking me if the other kids were going to wear their pj's too. He usually goes into the school with his brother but the same day, I had to help make treat bags for the student body. I went to his classroom with him and took 1 picture. His buddy Cooper was wearing the same pj's so I snapped a quick pic. Jacob becomes a different child when I walk into school with him. He acts silly and out of sorts, I think I embarrass him or something! He still looked cute in his Iron Man pj's! I headed to another classroom to help with the treat bags, we had tons of fun! Once school was out, the kids attended Loge Movie night and watched Shrek, the Final Chapter. I had to help with concessions and got to hang out with some of my "mommy" friends! Once movie night was over, Brad and I headed to the Chris Tomlin concert in Evansville. We went with a bunch of friends from church and after the concert headed to Steak and Shake. We finally got to bed around 1:30, I think I'm too old to stay up like that anymore! It was an awesome day and weekend.
