My Weight Loss Journey


No pics for this post, just a journal entry. Today is April 14 and as of today, I have lost 4.6 lbs and lost 3 inches off of my hips! With the help of God, my friends and family (they are all doing this with me-not God-lol) , I will conquer this! I am taking it literally, one hour at a time. I have been eating as much fresh fruit as possible, which surprisingly fills you up ( I never believed that before)! I have a total of 63-73 lbs I want to lose, I haven't decided on a goal weight yet. I am not looking at this as a diet but as changing my unhealthy eating into healthy eating for me and my family. My intentions are to post an entry every week as I weigh. Lord, give me the strength to conquer this, AMEN!
