We took a pirate cruise during our stay in Outer Banks and really enjoyed ourselves. Jacob was "into" it more than Jordan but towards the middle Jordan began having fun. The adventure began with checking in to board the ship and both boys received pirate names. Jordan's was "Jewel Thief Jordan" and Jacob's was "JellyFish Jacob". They both thought their names were cool! Then we set sail and it was actually relaxing for the parents, the crew kept the kids entertained the entire 2 hours we were on board! They fought a treasure stealing pirate with their cannons, searched for a treasure map on the boat and it led them to treasures in the ocean! It was a really neat experience for the kids.
